Arabella never corrected anyone about her proper title, and certainly would 
not do so at a time like this, with so many more important things on 
everyone's minds. She smiled at the two men and said, "Not that it wouldn't 
be charming, but I was just going to check on Flash. I'm sure that all these 
comings and goings, and fuss outside -- not to mention in the building --  
has disconcerted him. Dogs sense things far more than people do. Well, some 
people, don't you think?"
