[Hogwarts Between] [HB] Owl Post - Kadyn

"Today's the day!" Harriet, Kadyn's mother, announced happily as she
came down the stairs into the cafe.  "You should SEE the cloud of owls
circling Hogwarts.  It's just brilliant!"

"Has Kadyn's letter come yet?" Cecelia asked breathlessly from the
corner where she was freshening flowers to put in the vases on the
cafe tables.

"Should be anytime now -- AH!"  Ryan, Kadyn's father, gasped as the
anticipated owl soared through the open door and veered away, narrowly
missing being tangled in Ryan's scraggly hair.

The owl searched out Kadyn behind the counter and landed before him,
formally presenting him with the letter it held in its beak.
