Amber's grandfather Phil seemed almost as excited at she was as he led
her through the streets of London toward what was to be her first real
encounter with the wizarding world.  He chattered on about how it was
when he took Jason, Amber's father, to find the elusive Diagon Alley.
He was quite confident in his ability to find the place again - until
he got into the vicinity.  Then he began to doubt himself.  He slowed
his pace, muttering, "That blasted door is down this way somewhere.  I
think."
