"Kadyn. Please to meet you," Ollivander said mildly. "And the young 
lady...is she here to buy her first wand as well?" The old man's gaze
rested on Amber.



   
  Amber looked around the shop, her mouth gaped. There are so many wands here, Amber thought. After a second, she realised the strange old man was talking to her, she klicked her heals together and said is if in the army, "I'm Amber McFuller, and this is my first want!" Then she slouched alittle, "And can I ask what you do with a wand anyway?"
  Kadyn covered his eyes and shook his head. He mumbled under his breath. "Why not just where a sign saying 'clueless' around your neck? I'm surprised she realized those were wand boxes..." Kadyn chuckled a little. "A wand is one of the most important tools for most wizards, Amber. There are other ways to use magic, but the wand is favored by most wizards." 
         
   
  Amber blushed and began to twiddle with her thumbs.
