A bell tinkled faintly as Kadyn opened the door and stepped inside.
There was but a single room, small, with a spindly chair in the
corner. Dust collected up against the floorboards, turning the floor
there greyish, and in some areas didn't look like it had been
disturbed for years. Small boxes lined the walls, stacked on one
another and crammed in tight, thousands of them. The place smelled
musty, as if fresh air rarely found its way in.

"May I help you?" a voice asked softly, belonging to a small old man
with eyes that appeared larger than normal behind the silver
spectacles perched on his long and narrow nose. Kadyn and Amber were
sure he wasn't there when they walked in.
