"Wand? I...um...don't have one. There was this letter..." Collin
patted down his pockets, looking for it. "Oh! Here it is."

He pulled a folded piece of paper from his inside jacket pocket.

"Arrived by an owl. Strangest thing," he commented as he handed the
page over. It stated that one Collin Johnson was now recognized as a
magic-aware Muggle as was requested to register himself at the
Ministry of Magic.
