Eugene shook his head ruefully.  "Not that some wizards aren't
late bloomers, but when they reach eleven and the letter doesn't

Just then the tall, skinny witch in the queue before them took
his wand back from the dumpy little wizard at the Security desk,
and stalked off toward the elevators.  The dumpy wizard cleared
his throat and piped, "Next?"
