[Cyberia-chat] OOC Messages

Always remember that this lists exists here for purely OOC messages, so they
don't make their way into the gaming threads.  If you want to append OOC
messages to regular posts, that's fine, otherwise use this list for that
purpose.

There is also a list cyberia-secrets at gamera.cc.  This list is for archival
of secret threads, events, questions to the Mod, etc.  Copy any Mod-only
e-mails to this list, in addition to any threads that I inform you that we
are taking off the list.  It is write only, so if you want a copy of your
e-mail sent to you, you will need to copy yourself on it.
